Pickup/Dropoff You may pick up the product any time after 10:30am on the first day of the reservation only at the Greenlake Location. Rentals may not be picked up prior to the start of your reservation. Rentals are due back 30 minutes prior to closing. We close at 9pm during the week and 6pm during the weekend.
The rental period is a day rental, not a 24 hour rental. For example, if you rent the bike for a Saturday you may pick the bike up in the morning on that Saturday and must have it back before closing that same day. If you would like to take a bike for Saturday and return it Sunday you must rent the bike for two days. Bikes not returned by close the day they are due back will incur an additional day charge.
Deposit When you arrive we will ask that you read and sign our liability release form. You will also be required to leave an authorized deposit on your credit card in the amount of $1200 for wheels and $2000 for bikes (your bank may hold the authorized funds for up to 10 days). This must be a credit card, NOT A DEBIT CARD.
Cancellations If you need to change or cancel your reservation please do so more than 48 hours in advance. Reservations canceled within 48 hours before the scheduled time will incure a fee, up to the amount of the rental.
No Fitting We will not be able to do a fitting with you. We will adjust the saddle height and put your own pedals on the bike if desired.
What to Bring Wheel Rental: You will need to provide your own skewers. Bike Rentals: Please provide your own pedals and riding gear such as a flat repair kit. If you do not own a flat repair kit you may purchase one from our parts department.
