Online Returns or Exchanges
In order to make a return of an item purchased online you must contact customer service to receive a return authorization number. In order to return a product for full refund, the product must be returned in the original packaging unopened. Products that have been opened or that are in a used condition are not refundable. For items such as inline skates and shoes we understand that they must be tried on and we will accept products that have been tried on prior to return. We reserve the right to assess the condition of the product upon return before issuing any refund. There are no returns on sale items. Please include a copy of your receipt with the product that you are returning. All returns must be within 30 days of the products delivery to you.
