We offer shipping service via UPS. We offer our customers the following shipping options:
Domestic Shipments (excluding Alaska & Hawaii):
UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air, UPS NextDay Air
Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii:
UPS 2 Day Air, UPS NextDay Air
International Shipments:
At this time we do not ship internationally. |
| Shipping Time: Orders placed on our site usually ship within 24 hours unless a product is out of stock. If the item that you have ordered is out of stock or sold out we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and determine the next course of action. If, for any reason, we are unable to process your credit card we will contact you immediately to resolve the situation and ship your order as soon as possible. We make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner. |
| Checking Order Status: To check the status of an order, click the Your Account link in the upper right corner of each page and login to your account. Orders that are awaiting shipment are
defined as Pending while orders that have shipped are labeled Closed. Once an order has been shipped, you can view the tracking number in order to determine
a delivery date from the shipping carrier. |
FREE Shipping: We offer free shipping on $100+ orders for shipments within the state of Washington.
To qualify, orders must be placed through our online store and must be requested to ship by "Ground" transportation. Items may not exceed 25lbs.
