The unit came with extra parts, which I should not complain about. But, whenever I have left-over parts I wonder "What did I forget?" :-/ Very sturdy and fits my Novara mtn bike with disc brakes perfectly. However, the simplistic installation instructions are not that great. OK fit for my existing panniers that I exchange with my road bike. Like that the adjustable attachment rods are designed to be shortened for a better fit. I would recommend this product, but just think about fit with your specific bike and intended uses to make sure it is a good solution for you.

Comments:
I had a very hard time finding a rear rack that would fit on my bike because of oddly shaped eyelets. I had the mechanic do it and it took him a lot longer than he thought it would, and he ended up having to use glue on the threads. However, this is the ONLY one that worked at all, so that's great.
Comments:
The rack pictured won't work with disc brakes.

The Rack looks very well made. It came with the proper amount of fasteners in the package. But!!! Not the screws for the bottom mounts for the disc brake spacers!! Until they include those, I can't recommend this to a friend
